ALL convicted criminals should be named. There is no real justification for not doing so. If they are old enough to carry out the crime then they are also old enough to be identified.

Down in our local it is well known who this scum is. He did the local takeaway window twice a short while ago as well as fiddle the elderly out of money for "charity".
